The company wanted to improve its global Performance Management capabilities by implementing Oracle’s Cloud solution for their 3 regions, spanning 25 countries.
With every country using its systems and processes, one of the key goals was to consolidate, standardize, and streamline the Talent Management business processes on a global basis for the first time, and to finally move away from paper-based performance forms.

Guide Testing and Design documents while also leading Prototype, SIT, and Cutover
Guide the company in their final UAT testing event to empower them to own and understand their new application
Identify and escalate any potential risks that could cause a delay or rift in task completion
Ensure that requirements are met, risks are mitigated, and the client remains content with the provided services
